• Property Details: This includes the details of the property such as nature of the property (like commercial, residential, etc.), location details, property profile (like area, dimensions, road connectivity), photographs of your property (if any), pricing details, and details of the amenities.
• Identification Documents: This includes any information that helps us identify and verify you (such as Aadhaar, voter ID, driver’s license, PAN, passport, etc.) or your property (such as utility bills, sales deed, property registration documents, property tax documents, etc.).
• Payment Information: We use third-party payment service providers to process your payments. You will be redirected to a third-party interface that will collect the required information from you to process the payment transaction. The payment transaction will also be governed by the policies of such third-party service providers, including their privacy policy. We may receive certain transaction details from third-party payment service providers. However, we do not store and do not have access to your financial information such as bank account numbers, credit/debit card numbers, or UPI handles.
• Communications Details: This includes records of your calls, emails, messages, or communications in other forms related to any feedback, comments, queries, issue reports, customer support, or other communications that you send to us.

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as advertising and marketing partners. We may collect your information through property campaigns and publicly available sources. We may also receive information from third parties when you use a third-party account, like SSO/MFA/2FA providers, to log in or upload information to the Platform.
